    Find the Damage.
    Define the Repair Scope.
    Restore the Building.

C4 helps commercial property owners investigate storm-related and building-envelope damage, document the work required, and carry the project from verified conditions through construction.

A commercial roof problem is rarely just a roof problem.

Water can travel beyond the visible leak. Hail can affect roof membranes, metal systems, rooftop equipment, exterior components, and drainage. A repair decision made from one photograph or one isolated symptom can miss the building conditions that control the work.

C4 starts with the building. We look at the roof assembly, exterior envelope, interior evidence, access, operations, safety, and the construction required to put the property back into service.

    One Accountable Path

    Three responsibilities. One accountable path.

    Investigate

Document observable conditions, identify the assemblies involved, and select appropriate inspection or testing methods.

    Define

Organize the findings into practical repair requirements, quantities, sequencing, access, safety, and construction pricing.

    Execute

Perform or coordinate the approved restoration and reconstruction work with field supervision, quality control, and closeout.

    How the work moves

    1

    Review the request

We confirm the property type, location, immediate conditions, and the decision the owner needs to make.

    2

    Inspect and document

C4 records observable conditions and uses appropriate tools or authorized testing based on the building, weather, access, and safety.

    3

    Define the work

Findings are translated into repair requirements, quantities, sequencing, site controls, and construction pricing when requested.

    4

    Build and close out

If C4 is selected for construction, the approved scope moves into preconstruction, execution, quality control, and closeout.

Methods selected for the building—not a sales script

No single tool proves every condition. C4 selects methods based on the roof or wall assembly, the question being investigated, safe access, weather, and owner authorization.

    • Visual roof, exterior, and interior condition documentation
    • Infrared screening for temperature patterns that may warrant further investigation
    • Moisture measurements and comparison readings
    • Test openings, core samples, or material sampling when authorized and appropriate
    • Aerial, overview, detail, and location-based photographic documentation
    • Roof-area measurements, quantities, scope development, and construction estimating

Infrared images and moisture readings are investigative tools. They must be interpreted in context and, when necessary, verified by additional examination or testing.

    Why "More Than Roofers"

A roof is one system in a working building. The right repair may involve insulation, deck conditions, drainage, parapets, flashing, rooftop equipment, exterior walls, interior finishes, access, safety, and the way the property must stay operational during construction.

C4 brings the contractor's perspective to the investigation and carries that knowledge into the work. The objective is not to sell a roof. It is to understand the building, define the work, and execute the right construction path.

    Community service at Sutherland Springs

After the 2017 tragedy at First Baptist Church Sutherland Springs, Mark Westbrook and C4 participated in the volunteer effort that repaired and repainted the existing sanctuary as it was transformed into a memorial. The work was completed with many tradespeople and volunteers under an extraordinary schedule.
