More Than Roofers
C4 works where roof systems, exterior assemblies, interior damage, building operations, and construction decisions meet. The job is not complete when a damaged component is photographed. The owner still needs to understand the assembly, define the work, plan the site, and execute the repair.
That is the meaning of More Than Roofers: investigate the building, document the conditions, develop the construction path, and remain accountable through the work.

Russell is part of C4's ownership and leadership team. A role-specific public biography and project history will be added only after Russell approves the facts and title to be published.

C4's records document decades of commercial project work involving hail, wind, water intrusion, roof assemblies, damage evaluation, contractor estimates, restoration planning, and reconstruction.
The public website does not use an unverified founding date, total project value, square-foot total, or current credential claim as a substitute for showing how the work is performed.
Sutherland Springs: Community Service
After the November 2017 tragedy at First Baptist Church Sutherland Springs, Mark Westbrook and C4 participated in the large volunteer effort that repaired and repainted the existing sanctuary as it was transformed into a memorial.
The sanctuary work was completed under an extraordinary schedule with many volunteers and tradespeople. C4 did not build the later church building, and this history is presented as community service rather than a sales claim.
