Contractor—not public insurance adjuster
C4 provides contractor and construction-consulting services. C4 may inspect and document building conditions, prepare a contractor’s construction scope and estimate, and discuss that estimate and related technical information.
C4 does not act as a public insurance adjuster, represent a policyholder in an insurance claim, interpret policy coverage, file or negotiate a claim, negotiate a settlement, advise what an insurer owes, or guarantee payment or approval.
No legal, engineering, or architectural advice
Website content is not legal advice, professional engineering, architecture, environmental consulting, industrial hygiene, or another regulated professional service. When a project requires a licensed professional or regulated trade, that work must be separately identified and performed under the required license and agreement.
Assessment limitations
An assessment is limited to its written scope, inspection date, accessible areas, available records, selected methods, weather, site conditions, safety, and owner authorization. Concealed or inaccessible conditions may remain.
Infrared images show apparent surface-temperature differences. Moisture readings, probes, test openings, cores, and samples apply to selected locations and must be interpreted in context. No tool or sample proves every concealed condition across a building.
No universal construction promise
Website descriptions do not promise a specific system, repair, duration, price, payment schedule, warranty, certification, permit, license, response time, or result. Those terms are project-specific and exist only in the signed agreement and applicable project documents.
Licensing and service area
C4 publicly offers commercial services in Texas. Texas does not issue a statewide general-contractor license, although local registration, permits, licensed trades, and design professionals may be required. C4 does not advertise Louisiana contracting services unless an active license is documented.
