These Terms of Use govern access to and use of morethanroofers.com and related website forms, chat, resources, and communications operated by C4 General Contracting, LLC (“C4”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website information

Website content is general information about commercial building assessment, consulting, restoration, and construction. It is not a project-specific diagnosis, construction specification, professional-engineering opinion, architectural service, legal advice, insurance-coverage opinion, public-adjusting service, bid, offer, warranty, or promise of availability.

Building conditions cannot be determined from general website content. A project begins only under a written agreement signed by authorized parties.

No insurance representation

C4 is a contractor and construction consultant. C4 may document observed building conditions, prepare a contractor’s scope and estimate, and discuss its estimate and technical construction information. C4 does not represent a policyholder in an insurance claim, interpret policy coverage, file or negotiate a claim, negotiate a settlement, provide legal advice, or guarantee payment.

No emergency or professional relationship

Submitting a form, starting a chat, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail does not create a contractor-client, consultant-client, attorney-client, engineer-client, fiduciary, or emergency-response relationship. Do not rely on the website for emergency, life-safety, structural, electrical, gas, fire, medical, or public-safety response.

Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful commercial information and inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce content for commercial use, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website to violate law or another person’s rights.
